ICC COACHING PROGRAM
Awaiting accredition by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Individual & Corporate Coaching Program offers you unique advantages if you want to become a Professional Coach. In this journey from basic training to individual and corporate coaching, you will start coaching from the first module.
We have listed the coaching training modules that should be taken to become an ICF approved professional coach.
In this training, we build the basic principles of the individual Coaching meeting together. With the “Individual Coaching” Module, you learn to take a holistic view of both yourself and the world and learn the “ICF Basic Competencies and Key Skills” on the other hand, and you are structuring your individual coaching interview model through coaching practices.
With this module, you learn to manage the ongoing changes in your inner and outer world, get rid of your personal barriers and walk confidently towards your goals.
While rising to the "WE" perspective, you can coach groups, teams, families and institutions as well as individuals.

PROGRAM VISION AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After completing this program, the participants will be able to become the coach of their own lives, as well as start professional coaching and will be ready to apply for a title to the ICF.
This program aims to fulfil these competencies;
- ICF Core Competencies and Standards,
- ICF Code of Ethics,
- What coaching is and what it is not and its limits,
- Coaching based communication,
- The steps of basic coaching,
- And it aims to teach how to manage and reach to the conclusion of the coaching process.
THE COACHING MODEL
- Setting a target or developing an existing target,
- To provide motivation related to the target and
- Creating an action plan and designing the follow-up process.
We care about the participation of coaching candidates, who learn this coaching model, to group activities that will support their learning together, outside of education, and we consider this issue as a part of our education system. For this reason, the Coaches, who will come together with the graduate meetings to be held regularly every month, will have the opportunity to implement the two-stage coaching model.
We believe that we will keep the motivation of our graduate coaches, to whom we offer the opportunity to come together even after their education life. Participating in group workshops that will take place every month, will also enable them to take their first steps into the profession more safely.
